RETURNS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused or used only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.

• The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from improper handling.

Return Process

• A prepaid return label is included with every order for customer convenience.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

• If the product is damaged, incomplete, or excessively used, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduced value of the item.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized products,

• goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened,
