1. Payment and Delivery Terms

   When confirming a purchase order, the Buyer has the right to choose one of the payment methods offered by the Seller:

   1.1. In cash or by card at the time of receiving the goods in the Seller’s store on working days from 08:00 to 17:00, after prior arrangement with the Seller.

   1.3. By bank transfer to the Seller’s specified bank account, in accordance with the issued invoice, prior to receiving the order.

   The goods may be delivered through VAS Latvijas Pasts or another courier service, unless otherwise agreed.

   2.1. Delivery by courier service will be made to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods in advance (100% prepayment) as well as cover the delivery costs in full, according to the received prepayment invoice.

   4.2.2. Delivery takes place in accordance with the terms and conditions of VAS Latvijas Pasts. The Buyer may review these terms at www.pasts.lv.

   The Seller has the right to unilaterally withdraw from this Agreement if the Buyer does not pay the agreed purchase price on time.
   The Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller the purchase price in the amount and within the procedure specified in this Agreement.
   The Seller has the right to change the prices of the goods included in the price list before concluding this Agreement with a specific Buyer.
   The Seller also has the right, at any time — even after concluding this Agreement — to change the price of the Goods, only in cases where during the execution of the order there are changes in the manufacturer’s set prices, currency exchange rates, state taxes and duties, or other factors affecting the price. In such a case, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order if they do not agree with the price changes.

   How to return a purchase?

2. Fill in the return form and attach it together with the purchase documents.

3. Attach the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Please notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to shop@intrac.lv, clearly stating your intention.

5. Return the goods to our office: Latgales 458, Rīga, Latvia, LV-1063. Where possible, please return the goods in their original packaging and with the full set of accessories.
