TERMS OF USE
1. TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all users of the website of SIA Intrac Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", "We", "Our") (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Online Store"). Users of the Website are hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", "You", or "Your".
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. We may update the Terms from time to time; please review them before making any subsequent purchases.
We undertake to deliver the order within the specified time and quantity, in accordance with the description of goods and services.
You can place orders in our Online Store 24/7, except during routine maintenance or technical downtime.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order or contacting customer support. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree not to engage in any activities that compromise the security of the Website. We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous information provided by You.
By placing an order, You agree that we may entrust the fulfillment of the Agreement to a third party (e.g., to deliver the order), while retaining responsibility for its execution.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally without notifying the User/Buyer. The updated Terms will be published on the Website and will take effect upon publication unless otherwise specified in these Terms.
By using the Website and/or purchasing goods and/or services, You confirm that You understand the Terms and agree to comply with them and monitor any changes.
It is considered that once a purchase is placed through Website authorization, or an order is accepted by phone or email, the Website Visitor/Buyer has agreed to these Terms.
If You do not agree with these Terms or any part thereof, please do not use our Website services.
2. SUBJECT OF THE TERMS
These Terms provide the User with the opportunity to purchase goods displayed in the Online Store catalog.
These Terms apply to all goods and services offered on the Website as long as these offers are valid and available for ordering in the Online Store catalog.
3. ORDERING PROCEDURE
The Buyer places an order following the procedure outlined on the Website, according to the instructions or the "How to Buy" section.
After placing an order on the Website, the Buyer receives information about the expected delivery date via the email provided during order placement or by phone. The manager handling the order clarifies order details, coordinates the delivery date, confirms product availability in the Seller’s warehouse, and estimates the time required to process and deliver the order.
The responsible manager informs the Buyer of the planned delivery date via email or a confirmation call.
If the ordered product is not available in the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller has the right to exclude such goods from the order or cancel the order, notifying the Buyer via email or a call from the Call Center.
If a fully or partially prepaid order is canceled, the Seller will refund the value of the canceled goods to the Buyer via non-cash payment.
4. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Delivery options and estimated delivery times are specified in the "Delivery" section of the Website, which is an integral part of these Terms, as well as in individual agreements or product descriptions that may limit delivery methods.
After delivery, the order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party if agreed upon in writing by the Buyer.
To prevent fraud, the delivery service may request a valid ID to confirm the recipient's identity when delivering a prepaid order.
Delivery costs are calculated individually for each order, based on product information, weight, region, and delivery method, and are communicated in a prepayment invoice or notified by the Seller in writing or orally before confirming the order.
The Seller is considered to have fulfilled the obligation to deliver the product when the courier hands it to the Buyer, or the Buyer receives it at a post office or another agreed pickup point (including self-service locations).
Upon receipt of the order from a courier or pickup point, the recipient has the right to inspect the goods, verify quantity, completeness, and packaging integrity, and check product expiration dates.
The risk of accidental damage passes to the Buyer once the order is delivered.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices of goods in the Online Store are listed in euros and include value-added tax for both legal entities and private persons.
If the price of a product ordered by the Buyer was incorrectly indicated, the Seller will notify the Buyer to confirm the order at the revised price or to cancel the order. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the order is considered canceled. If the order has been prepaid, the Seller will refund the amount via non-cash payment.
The Seller may change product prices on the Website unilaterally. However, the price of products already ordered by the Buyer cannot be changed unilaterally.
The Seller may limit available payment methods based on the order amount.
The Seller may request the Buyer’s passport or ID card if the order is paid by credit card.
6. RETURNS OF GOODS AND REFUNDS
Returns of goods are carried out in accordance with the specific purchase terms and Latvian legislation, as described in the "Warranty and Return Rights" section, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Refunds are made via bank transfer for the value of the returned products.
7. LIABILITY
The Seller is not liable for any damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of goods purchased in the Online Store.
The Seller is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites.
8. PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients and Website visitors, including You.
For more details, see the "Privacy Policy" section, which is an integral part of these Terms.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
The relationship between the User/Buyer and the Seller is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
If the User/Buyer has questions or complaints, they have the right to contact the Seller by phone or other available means.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain valid.
The Online Store and its services may be temporarily, partially, or fully unavailable due to maintenance, technical work, or other technical reasons. SIA Intrac Latvia reserves the right to perform necessary maintenance or other work with or without prior notice to Buyers.
