Promotion Terms – Spend over EUR 500 and receive a compressor

These terms define the promotion organized by SIA Intrac Latvia, offering customers a free gift with purchases made in the company webshop.

1. Promotion organizer

The promotion is organized by SIA Intrac Latvia, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Promotion period

The promotion is valid during the period specified by the Organizer or until the gift stock is exhausted. The exact promotion period is indicated in advertising materials, the webshop, or other official communication channels of the Organizer.

3. Participants

The promotion is open to any natural or legal person who places an order in the SIA Intrac Latvia webshop in accordance with these terms.

4. Promotion conditions

• The customer must place an order in the SIA Intrac Latvia webshop.
• The minimum order amount is EUR 500 excluding VAT.
• If the order value reaches or exceeds EUR 500 excluding VAT, the customer receives a compressor as a gift.
• One gift is granted per qualifying order unless the Organizer states otherwise.
• The promotion applies only to purchases made during the promotion period.

5. Gift

The gift in this promotion is a compressor. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the gift with an equivalent product if the originally intended gift is not available.

6. Gift delivery procedure

• The gift is added to the order automatically or provided separately according to the Organizer’s instructions.
• If technical or logistical changes arise, the Organizer may contact the customer individually regarding gift delivery.
• The gift cannot be exchanged for cash, discount, or another product, except where required by applicable law.

7. Restrictions

• The promotion applies only to purchases meeting the minimum amount excluding VAT.
• In case of order cancellation, partial return, or full return of goods, the Organizer has the right to request the return of the gift.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other campaigns or special offers unless stated otherwise.
• The number of gifts is limited, therefore the promotion is valid while supplies last.

8. Personal data processing

For the purpose of administering the promotion, the Organizer may process customer data to the extent necessary for order fulfillment, communication, and gift delivery, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Organizer’s rights

The Organizer reserves the right to change the promotion terms, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time, by publishing the information in its webshop or other official communication channels.

10. Final provisions

By participating in the promotion, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. Any disputes related to the promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
